I’m not a yoga instructor, but I am a yoga aficionado. I know all about yoga and have tried it on dozens of occasions. In fact, my yoga teacher is one of the most knowledgeable yoga instructors I’ve met. I like the way that yoga teaches us to be in the moment and to enjoy the present moment, and I have to say that it is a pretty awesome way to live life.

I know that sometimes yoga just feels like a way of life, but when you feel like that, you usually have to do something about it.

The final episode of the show is the most anticipated episode of my life. It’s so much more realistic, and a lot more fun. We have a lot of fun, but when you’re on top of the world, you don’t have to do anything. Just relax.
