Self-awareness is a key component of building a sense of self. To become self-aware, we need to be able to look at our own behavior, motives, and thoughts, and to not be swayed by them. To have self-awareness, what you eat, what you wear, how you drive, what you say, what you do, and how you think and feel are all influenced by what you do.

It’s a good principle to learn self-awareness when you’re in a position where you’re thinking and feeling like you’re living your life for a long time. You don’t have to be able to think like a person who is thinking and feeling like they can live your life like you.

The problem is when we put ourselves in such an unstable position that we feel we have no control over our own actions. We’re so concerned about our own happiness and success that we overlook that we don’t have control over our own actions, and thus we find ourselves in a place that we feel we have no control over. Self-awareness means that when you’re in this position, you dont stop to analyze what you’re doing.
