This s9 boot menu is one of my favorite things to cook on a quick weeknight. It’s made with all grain rice, a bit of sweet potato, garlic, and a big scoop of quinoa. If you’ve never tried quinoa, it’s a whole grain, which is great, but it’s so easy to overdo. You can use any grain you want, it’s just a matter of adding quinoa to it.
