A friend of mine recently made a comment about how she would have liked to be a writer before she was ever a writer. I tried to think of some of the people I’d like to be writing about. The most obvious would be my mother. Although I’m not sure if she’d let me write about her. I would love to write about my wife, my kids, my dog. I’m also pretty sure I would have liked to be the lead singer for my college rock band.

Im more interested in writing about people who are super-human. Its easy to get caught up in the idea that we can become super-human, but we can never become super-human. It’s a myth that we can become superhuman, and the idea that we can become superhuman is something that many people don’t believe in because everyone wants to believe that once we reach that point, we’ll be super-human.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
