The truth is that our consciousness is a three layered self-aware system. This means that we have multiple layers of awareness that allow us to perceive ourselves the way we see ourselves.

This layer is your mental awareness.
So the mind is a part of you. You don’t have it all, but you have a lot of it inside the body. If you’re conscious, you can’t really see your mind. But if you’re not, you can’t really see the mind.
As an example, if you’re in the mind-body-mind, you can’t really see your mind. If you’re in the body-mind-body, you can. If you’re in the mind-body-body-mind you can see your mind, but you can’t see your body.
The mind is the part of you that helps you handle emotions and desires. Because when you’re in the mind, you cant really see your emotions or desires, but you can really see yourself and what you think about. If you’re in the mind, you can see your body, and you can see your emotions, but you cant see the thoughts about how you feel.
Ethir neechal is a mind-body-mind, which means that you can see your thoughts, your body, and your emotions. There’s a lot more to it than that, but if you’re in the mind, you’ll notice that your thoughts and emotions are more present and vivid than your body.
This is a technique called “mind-reading”. This involves observing your mind, but instead of actually seeing the thoughts and emotions, you just see you being in the mind.
