I think the “self-awareness” we are talking about that you see is the state of being “in the moment.” It is what allows us to notice, think, feel, and act on the things that we are experiencing and feeling.

Basically, we have a choice between being in the moment or being aware of the moments we are in. Being in the moment implies that we are doing something, or being aware of what is happening, that we are in the body of the moment. We are, so to speak, “in the moment”. Being aware of what is happening implies that we are observing what is going on. Being aware of what is happening implies that we are in the body of the moment.

In the moment, what do we do? We feel and act on what is happening in the body of the moment. We are not in the body of the moment, so we can’t act on what is happening. In the body of the moment, what do we do? We think, feel, and act on those thoughts and feelings. In the body of the moment, where do we do that? We do it in the body of the moment.

In this latest trailer, we see what I like to call “the body of the moment”. An animated cartoon where the characters are all walking around in a circle, talking and laughing their heads off. This is an example of the “body of the moment” concept, which is a bit like the concept of a “garden of Eden” in that it allows us to experience life without having to think about it first. It’s like the Garden of Eden but without the trees and animals.
