This is the first of many posts on my blog that I’m sharing with you. I’ve heard a lot more than I’ve heard from folks who have written about using the word “self-aware.” I’ve got a few thoughts that I think you should take a moment to take a moment to understand when it might be appropriate to do so.
I love the idea of using the idea of self-awareness to describe the practice of meditation. Ive been working with the word Self-aware to describe the practice of meditation for years now. My own meditation practice has included a lot of self-awareness, and it has been a highly effective approach. I think my own practice has helped me to see and understand myself better, and to be able to take care of myself better.
I’m not sure if you think that self-awareness can be a good thing for meditation, or if it can be a bad thing for meditation. But I think it is a good thing for meditation because being able to feel the power of experience and the power of self-awareness will make it easier for people to think about meditation in a different way.
I think that self-awareness is a good thing for meditation, but I think it’s also a bad thing if you start feeling too attached to your own experiences, or if you start to think you can’t be good enough. For me, self-awareness has been the best thing for meditation, and for me it’s also the hardest thing to maintain.
Myself in the beginning stages of meditation, I felt a lot like I’m just watching myself. After a while though, I came to feel like I’m a part of the experience which I like. I’m not sure if that was because of the more introspective nature of self-awareness or because I was better attuned to the experience of the experience.
I was never good at meditation and I was always getting distracted by the surroundings and not paying attention. However I have always loved listening to music. I thought that listening to music for hours on end gave the body a lot more space to relax and feel the peace and calm that comes out of meditation. Now that I am meditating, I can get to that much more quickly. I have also been listening to music without headphones which has helped me a lot as well.
I’ve been trying to get myself to meditate this past week, or at least to focus for a longer and longer time, but I’m not really making much headway. I’m usually in a good mood before I start meditating, so that is what I’m doing. Just looking at the day that I am going to meditate from now on, there is a lot that I need to clear up.
First off, I am going to take a break from my current projects, starting with the one that Im most excited about.
I just finished my second novel, which I’m calling “The White Tiger.” It’s now been in the works for about three months, which has been a huge challenge. My writing is so incredibly slow, it took me a full year to get the words to come out at all. It’s a story about the battle of the white tiger in China. Its about three best friends who are all really close.
As you can see, the book is a bit of a mess. I know, I know, its just a story about three best friends who are all really close but the story isn’t as strong as I would like it to be. I’m working on it but Im pretty sure Im going to kill myself. I’ll be working on it in the next couple of weeks, if anyone is interested.
