I would like you to feel free to write out the steps you would like to take if you could. It could be anything from “clean your apartment” to “clean your car” to “clean the house”. I will have you back here tomorrow with another list of the things we are doing, or in the case of my writing, we are saying what we want to say.

The final step is to write down exactly what we’re going to do. We will keep going until we get to the end of our story.

So you want us to write it down? Well, that’s a little bit of the same thing as you know, but it will make you more confident. Once we’re done and we’re given the whole story, we will have the final step on the list.

Writing down what we did is the best way to make sure we are following through with the plan, and ensuring that we are actually going to do what we set out to do. Not only do we make ourselves more accountable, but we also make the story more concrete. By writing down the steps we are going to take, we are committing ourselves to them, and committing ourselves to each step. This allows us to stay on track with the plan and ensure we don’t miss anything.
