It’s so easy to have this one over on us, but it is one of those behaviors that we all struggle with. We might not understand why we do it, but we know that it is an automatic reaction. So, we try to stop ourselves from doing it. However, we may have subconsciously learned that it is a bad habit and so it is time to consciously stop it.
“Words” is an app that helps users with this. It helps stop ourselves from having this reaction. I will admit that I am guilty of this habit myself. I often find myself saying things that I know are going to make me sound stupid or irrational. I have no idea why I do this, but that’s the way I am. I wish I could control this reaction. But, I don’t, so I just try to stop it from happening anymore.
I’ve made my excuses about it at least one time or another. I’ve apologized for the words I’ve said, but I don’t believe it will ever stop. As a matter of fact, one of the things I like about Words is that it helps me to stop saying these words without having to feel bad about it.

I have been having trouble with my own thoughts lately. I cant think rationally enough and I am trying to find ways to work through this without it really affecting my self-esteem. I have been coming up with ways to fight it. I have been practicing self-awareness.
Self-awareness is a concept that most people get confused about since it is so broad and vague, but I think it is a good one to practice. Self-awareness is an awareness of our inner thoughts, feelings, and actions in our day-to-day life.
Self-awareness, for me, is the awareness of our inner thoughts, feelings, and actions. If you are aware of yourself, you know that you are not doing anything irrational or harmful to yourself. It is when you are not aware of yourself that you start to feel bad for yourself.
I get this confusion from people who tell me that they are “self-aware of themselves” when they are not aware of themselves. This is a mistake. For the most part, we are not aware of ourselves because we are not aware of our feelings, actions, and thoughts. We are not aware because our thoughts and actions are not self-aware. We are not aware because we are not aware of our feelings.
This is a good place to discuss the concept of self-awareness. If we were self-aware, we would not be confused about ourselves and we would not feel bad for ourselves. Of course, it’s not easy to put ourselves into a state of self-awareness. The first step, if you are self-aware, is to acknowledge that you are feeling bad for yourself. For most of us, this is hard to do because we tend to hold onto guilt and shame.
