You can’t put a date in a letter, but it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that that’s because a date is an action verb. That’s a little weird, but the reason people do it is because it makes writing a letter easier. Plus, if you’re having trouble getting your point across (like a letter might be), it’s not as though you can just write a verb. If you can’t think of a verb, write a noun.
Thats not what you’re thinking about. But I should point out that it’s not only people who put dates in words that get surprised. That also applies to dates in deeds. It seems like in a lot of places letters get put in deeds that date is the only option.
That’s actually the case, mostly in North America. You have to sign a paper or deed before you can change the date in it, usually because there’s no legal way of doing it. In fact, in many states there’s no legal way to change the date in a deed. In those places it’s not uncommon for a person to sign a paper and then change the date in it without legal recourse, and when they do, they are usually required to pay a fine.
This is so true. Even in states where it is legal to change the date in a deed, theres often (though not always) a need to change the date in it to put it in the proper state. In Oregon, for example, theres usually a need to change the date in a deed if you are moving.
The first time I met the Oregonian staff, I was very impressed that they had made the change and even more impressed that they were moving. Now, if you have a company that is just starting out and you want to change a date in a deed, I think you have to get a lawyer involved. And I would recommend that you get a lawyer involved even if you don’t know what to do.
Of course I cannot be the only one who thinks this is a complete waste of time and money. A lot of people have suggested that these legal changes are unnecessary and I disagree. I’ve been doing some research on these issues and I think this is the best way to go about it. However, I have to note that there are other ways to change a date in a deed and I have seen some of them. One is to simply change the date on a paper record.
This is something I haven’t seen done in any of my other law courses yet. One thing I see that I believe is important is a handwritten note that explains why something should be changed in a document. If it is a note, then I think this should be enough. I think there are other ways you can change the date and I think these methods are worth considering.
One way to change a date in a deed is by writing it on a sheet of paper and then simply writing a date on a different sheet of that same paper. This way if the note is lost, it becomes easy to replace in the document. This is something I want to do.
Another way to change the date of a document is to write it on the document first, then write a date on it. This is a great way to make sure that your record is consistent with the rest of the document. If you have the original deed, and you change the date, then anyone else who has the document will have a very difficult time changing the date.
