You’ll probably do the same thing a lot of the time for a while if you’re feeling good. But when you start focusing on other things that feel good, you might stop noticing how you feel. You might even be bored when you’re feeling good.
You can choose to feel good. But to feel good, you need to choose activities that make you feel good. This is the concept of the “rhymes with feel” principle, which helps explain why exercise makes the body happy.
