It can’t be a job to someone who has never been in your position. It has to say something about what you do, and how you work, and what you are good at. It needs to be simple and concise.

I’m here to talk about the company’s product line and services.” However, I’m a firm believer that the introduction of a formal report has to be done in the right manner.
