If you’re feeling good, you get some of your blood sugar back into your body. Eating a proper breakfast is a good idea because it has a lot of satiating properties. It also means you’re less likely to overeat during the day.

There are two things you can do to keep your blood sugar in check. The first is to eat breakfast, and the second is to eat a proper healthy breakfast.
