So many of us are stuck in these types of daily struggles. We are so fixated on what we do, what we don’t do, and what we should be doing that we forget to look at the next step. For example, we might be in “work mode” when we should be focused on “recovery.” Or we might want to spend more time with our family, but we are so busy.

In the same way that we forget to look at our next step, the same goes for our next goal. We have to think about what we want to accomplish, why we want to achieve it, what it takes to get to that next step, and all of those things are just in the back of our mind. If we ignore them then we’ll never get there.

If we ignore our goals, goals are gone. Well, at least we know when we hit our next goal, or reach our next step, or get our next reward.

We can get so busy that we forget to even have goals. We can even forget what our next step is, what we want to achieve, or why we want to achieve it, but when we get there we start looking for it. We look for it in the air, in the water, in the sky, in the trees, and everywhere else we can think of. In that way, we also forget our goals. They are just there to remind us.

We’re at the point now where we can’t help but forget everything. There is no way to make ourselves forget our goals or how to achieve them. We just have to keep going forward because if we stop, we’re not going to find our next step. We’ve got to keep going because if we stop, we don’t have a goal anymore.

But while I was busy watching a couple of the video trailers, I started to think about what it’s like to be constantly trying to remember goals.

I’ve been thinking for a while about the concept of goals. I’ve been thinking about the idea of “how to do this”, and how it is so much easier to just do something rather than think about what you should be doing. I guess that’s why I keep thinking of goals as “I want to do X” instead of thinking about “I want to do X”.

I keep thinking about goals. I thought about goals in the past few days, and I was reminded of this idea. When you have two things in your mind, you can’t focus on one of them because the other one stands out too much.

A goal is the smallest thing that makes you want to do something. Think of it in terms of a goal. When you get into a goal you want to do something, but when you get into a goal you do something else. So it’s important to think about what you want to accomplish, and how you want to accomplish it.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
