The reality is that many people have a tendency to think about their health, and are more likely to be aware of the ways in which they are being selfish, controlling, and acting out. My brother and I were both constantly underactive, and we had both gained weight. When we decided to do something about it, we started exercising and we both lost weight. It worked because we both felt better and both felt more confident. I think we both had a better attitude about life. If you are chronically inactive, you are going to experience a lot of depression. The best way to get better at exercising is to start with something small.

So it makes sense because we’re trying to cure a disease. If you’re chronically underactive, you’re going to have a greater chance of getting depressed.

I love to exercise, like always. I was also having a hard time with not eating properly, and I was eating the same way I did when I was younger. I was eating junk food, drinking a can of Coke, and watching movies. So I decided that instead of eating junk food, I was going to make some homemade healthy choices. This was not going to be an easy task.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
