The point here is to remind us that when we are talking about ourselves, we should always be talking about ourselves. The point is to make us stop and think about the fact that when we are talking about ourselves, we should always be talking about ourselves.

The second thing we have found as we’ve talked about the topic of being aware of your thoughts, feelings and actions is that you should be aware of the things you do. One of the main reasons why we decided to start our blog was because we love to talk about the things we do. The other day, when I was in the grocery store, I was looking at some bags of cheese. For some reason, I looked at the bag of cheddar cheese and I realized how much it reminded me of my mother. I started laughing, and I realized we share a lot of our mother’s genes. My father had a sister who was also a grandmother, and she died when I was just a baby.
It is so difficult to not only share our mothers’ genes, but also our mothers’ feelings.
