I don’t know about you, but I have enjoyed suspense stories for years. I think they can help readers to better understand the world and to come to terms with the challenges they face. As a matter of fact, I have started to enjoy a suspense novel that is based on a true story.
The book, “The Last Ride”, is about two brothers who travel to China with their parents. The story starts out with the siblings in their village waiting for their relatives to return. And then, the brother is kidnapped by a mysterious man who takes them on an adventure to a mysterious village, where they are forced to participate in a mysterious ritual. Then the brother is killed by the mysterious man, and the sister is kidnapped by a man who is trying to steal her.
The book is full of suspense and action, and I can’t wait to read more.
The book is written in the first person, and I think because it’s written in the first person, the book is more about the characters’ reactions to each other than about them being the characters. You can see them in action, but the book is a little more about the characters’ thoughts and reactions to each other. And the more I read, the more I think the story is a mystery, not about the characters.

I mean, the stories are a little bit on the “what ifs?” side, in that the stories take place after a specific event or two and then the characters re-emerge. I mean, I think it’s a good idea, but its a shame that the characters aren’t as interesting as they could be.
