I have to admit that I don’t have a great handle on the subway marketing plan. There are so many different opinions I have on what it should be, and I’m still pretty far away from figuring it out. I’m planning on writing a post about it soon, and I’m going to look for other suggestions that will help me decide what is best for my own future.
I have to say this is one of the things that I have not yet come to love about the subway system. I love it, I like it, I always have, but I just dont know that I can easily use it to my advantage. There are things I could use it for, and things I want it to do (like a great way to get around), but I’m not sure I can make it do all of them for me.
I think there are two main reasons for this. The first is the “shoehorning” of certain things. We have so many options for transportation and such, we’ve become accustomed to getting around by walking, driving, taking the train, or riding the bus. The subway is only one option for a subway system. It’s also one of the few options for public transportation that is not very safe.
If you want to get around in NYC, which I think you do, by car, then you have to take the subway, which has a lot of safety issues. If you want to get around in NYC, in general, by walking, you can have a great time. As long as you don’t go past the point where you can’t see anything, it is a great way to get around.
As I write this, I am in a subway car with a group of friends and we are discussing a topic of conversation, it turns out that we are all subway commuters. Most people we know, especially the younger ones, are taking the subway to and from work. A few of us are also taking the subway to and from college and are always on it, as well.
While I think the subway has been one of the best ways to get around, there are plenty of ways to get around without taking the subway. You can also take cabs, buses, and even trains. The only drawback to the subway is that you have to sit there for a while and not move. I think that’s pretty much the only drawback to it, but then again, it’s a very good place to be on a hot summer day, without the sweat dripping off your forehead.
I think we’re just going to have to give up the subway for one of the other options. Cabs are so comfortable, and it is so easy to get around on. I don’t know if I’d even miss the subway.
I think you’re right. Subway is just too convenient and people do it all the time. We are all so used to being able to run to the subway station and walk to the subway station that the fact that it is convenient for most people is kind of a bummer.
You can always try another train if you don’t like the service in the first spot. We’ve had a few people choose to not bother and walk to the subway, though, since that’s the only place they can get to. And if you don’t like the bus, Citi has a shuttle bus that drops off people at the appropriate train station. It’s quick and easy.
The problem that gets people is that they don’t think about how we would actually get to the subway station. We call the subway “the station” because it is the most logical place to get to, but that is not the only place to get to. Citi is building a shuttle bus that would take people to the right train station if they didn’t have a Citi card.
