I have always liked the idea of journaling and how it can be a very therapeutic activity. But, I always felt like journaling was something that was meant for people that were very much into the “I’m just going to do it, I’m just going to do this” type of people. I don’t think that this trend is a bad idea. Instead, I think we should consider it something that can be an important part of our daily lives.

Instead, I would describe it as a very intense type of journaling that allows you to do a lot of different “things” at once.

When you clear out unproductive thoughts, you’re also clearing out the good ones. You’re making room for those good thoughts to begin to replace the negative ones.
Writing things down, or whatever you call it, is an essential part of self-healing when it comes to bad days. Write things down to express your feelings and thoughts to yourself. It helps you to make a plan and stay on the right track. As a general rule, when youre feeling upset, write things down. This will help you to feel better in the long run.
