If you want to be in your kitchen in the morning and not in your office at night, the answer is to have a specific routine that’s designed to help you eliminate unnecessary stress.

It is much more difficult to write down the things that you just want to be doing with your life and work.

I know this because I’ve had a lot of conversations with people who have had the experience. But I also know that it can be very helpful. One thing that I like about it is that it can remind me to be aware that I am, in fact, experiencing these things.

We all need reminders of this.

But what about those of us who aren’t aware that we are in a time loop? It may be useful to have a sheet of paper with a list of things that are happening to you. For instance, you may find that you are having a dream that your parents are having an argument. Or, you may write down what you hear your mother say at night in bed and keep a copy in your head.

I was talking to a group of people last Friday about the advantages of a time loop in the context of your life. It’s a very powerful concept, it can take you down a very interesting path. The idea behind it is that what you perceive to be happening to yourself is the result of a time loop. It’s not going to stop. It’s only going to get worse if you don’t pay attention to it.
