I recently had the opportunity to attend a movie theatre that had a completely dedicated room for screen-play movies. The theater was more than big enough to accommodate the screen-play movies, but it was also very well-appointed. Everything that was needed was in the room, including a projector, computers, and screen-play devices. The theater was also equipped with an ample amount of seating options for movie-goers to sit and enjoy their movie.
I’m not sure I’d describe this experience as “perfect.” If you’re a theater-goer, you’ll know that there are things that go wrong with a movie theater. Sometimes you can go see a movie that is not bad, but you’re not going to love it. Sometimes you can have a bad experience and hate the movie so much that you walk out because you hate yourself.
The cinema experience was a mixed bag and can best be described as ‘not perfect’. There were a number of technical glitches and delays. The movie was advertised as being 2 hours long but actually ended up being an hour and a half. There were also some weird issues with the sound and the speakers. You were warned that the screen can be scratched if you hold a movie up to it too much. It was an enjoyable movie though, and we all found a few good laughs.
The movie itself was entertaining and engaging. We were a bit disappointed that there wasn’t a more significant plot to the movie. But the movie itself was good. The story and production was solid. The actors were all good. I don’t think I would have minded if the movie had been longer. But that’s just me.
