I get this question all the time. Part-time technical writers are the most common type of people in our industry. They might be in school part-time, or they might work part-time and have a full-time job. As it seems like they may be the most common type of people in tech, these roles are the ones that I know the most about, but they are also the ones that are hardest to break into.
I think part-time technical writers are probably the easiest to break into. Unlike full-time technical writers, part-time tech writers don’t have a single clear goal and they don’t have a clear schedule. They’re just working on projects for which their skills are valuable.
I’ve been a part time tech writer for probably six years. A good part time technical writer doesn’t work for any one company, or any one department or any one division. They do what they do, and they do it for the people who hired them.
It takes a lot of work to write a blog post or an email, especially if you’re writing for a company with its own blog or email. But it’s not all about writing. It’s also about having a clear idea of what you want to say or to do. It’s about knowing what you want out of life and sticking to it.
Writing for a company is different than writing for yourself. Writing for a company means writing for yourself, because you are the person who is going to have to do the work. For us, it’s not always about writing for a company, but it is about writing for ourselves, because we are the people who are going to have to make a product and put it out there.
Writing is hard work, and even harder when it’s for a boss or a boss’ boss. I’ve just finished writing my first blog post. It was a lot of fun and I think that it shows that writing can be fun. And that anyone can write. And that anyone can write for themselves. And that anyone can write for a company.
This post is also about writing for ourselves. It’s also a post about writing for a company, but it’s also a post about writing for ourselves. Our blog is a place where we share our ideas and thoughts and all that jazz. We’re a collective of people who have different, but slightly overlapping, interests. Writing on the other hand, is more collaborative since we all have the same goal — to write for ourselves.
The blog is our main focus, but we also have other social media platforms for those who want to keep in touch with what we’re up to. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn are all great places to keep in touch and let others know what you’re up to.
We’re a bunch of people with shared interests and we’re all quite laid back. We just like to express ourselves through the medium of a blog and our social media platforms. We like to share our ideas and thoughts and all that jazz. Were a collective of people who have different, but slightly overlapping, interests. Writing on the other hand, is more collaborative since we all have the same goal to write for ourselves.
