It’s ironic that I’m using the word “ironic” to describe a dish that is actually quite funny. It’s a true test of the human brain. Do I really need to know about irony when I’m eating it? Can I continue to laugh at the irony in my meal? These are all questions that will be answered in the next section of this article, so hang in there.
It’s a shame that we have more people who are too serious when it comes to food, but its a pity because we don’t have the opportunity to test the humor in things.
The irony of my dish is that I didn’t actually use the word irony in the recipe. I have to rely on my good friend and Food52 staff member, Amy, to tell me what to do. We’ve been using the word irony for the last few years, and Amy has become quite adept with it. “Irritated” is another word that we’ve come to know quite well, but I think that’s because she’s been trying to teach me about it for years.
Anyways, this recipe is named for my friend, who has a habit of saying “theres” a lot when hes wrong. I was thinking about that a lot today. I am not a fan of “theres” in front of an ingredient, but I like it in “there”.
For those of you who don’t know, I have a blog here at Food52.com. The best way to find out what I blog about is to check out my feed, where you can see my complete blog posts. I also have a twitter account, which has been used to try and get the word out about some of the upcoming events at Food52.com. I also have a facebook page, which has been used for various promotional things.
I used to do a lot of that, but I have decided to branch out a bit. My new page is www.thefood52.com, and I also have a site on goo.gl where I post my photos of my food. I also have a blog on this website called Food52.com, where I post a lot of my food videos and recipes. I also have a website in China called www.xinyang.
I hope some of you enjoy this as much as I do.
Some of my favorite food videos (and probably the ones I do most of) can be found on the Food52.com website. I will have some more videos coming down the pipe soon, so keep an eye out. I also have a couple more websites to join. Look for more information on those as well.
You can also find my recipes on the Food52.com website as well.
I have some more of my recipes on my website www.noseyc.com. For more recipes, check out my books and my cookbook section.
