I love marketing managers. They are one of those rare types of employees who don’t just get paid to be marketers. They get paid because they are smart, hard working, and motivated.

Thats why I work for a small marketing company that is doing well. I get a lot of opportunities if I just stay focused and keep my head up, and I mean that in a positive way. Sure it is tough, but if you have the right attitude and do what you need to do to be a marketer then this is your opportunity to make your mark and to have a successful career. You cant just be a marketer forever, like every other marketing manager before you.
