But as much as we like to think that we are in control, the reality is that we are not. The good news is that there are things we can do to take control of our thoughts and actions.

A lot of people have tried to figure out how to change their behavior, but a lot of them ended up with “white hats” who just didn’t know how to get what they wanted. But there is definitely an alternative to white hats that will make all of the above changes a lot more effective. That is, if you think about it, if you think about your thoughts and actions, you should be able to figure out what you want to do. That’s the key here.
