The goal is to understand how these women farms work in detail so that they can share some of the strategies they use to grow their own food, why they choose to grow their own foods instead of buying in from the store, and how they are able to grow vegetables over the winter months.

These small businesses usually have their own websites, but I wanted to include these interviews here because of the interest in how they have grown their own food. I think many of these women are doing it for the wrong reasons, but it is an interesting idea.
