Yes, in my opinion. As many of you already know, I love to read and write. I do it with passion and enjoyment. I am also a very good reader. In fact, I have been known to read many books a day.
I am the kind of woman who can be reading in a few minutes and still be enjoying the book. I think that’s what I like about it. I’m not really into the whole “reading a book” thing. I don’t want to read books or anything. I’m just like “Oh, I need to write something.” And then I will read it and I will probably be done and then I’ll go to sleep.
You don’t have to be a woman to write. You just have to be a good writer who likes to write. That’s what I like to see. I think it is the same for women.
It’s a good thing, and I think it’s a lot more fun to write than to read. As a writer, you just need to know that you can give yourself a deadline and you can set yourself a goal to get it done. You can take your time, and you can start at the very beginning of your novel, or perhaps the middle. Whatever time you have left to write and the only thing that changes is your mood.
As it turns out, this is the same advice I gave to my son when he was a junior in high school. It is a good thing to take the time to get things done. It is also a bad thing to get your son to do something stupid if you can do it yourself. If your son is going to try to kill himself, you can take control of the situation yourself instead of letting him try to kill himself.
What a great way to take control of a situation you know you can control. I can totally understand why women tend to be more interested in trying to get men to do their bidding and less interested in trying to get them to do their bidding yourself. It’s not as if she’s going to go around with a gun and shoot your son. If you’re going to try to do something about it, it might make sense to do it yourself.
So yeah, I think it’s great that women are more interested in taking control of situations they know they can control themselves over than men are. You just need to get past the perception that shes going to shoot your son.
You can use a phrase like “I have a gun, I’m going to shoot an intruder” as a way of saying “I got a gun, I’m going to shoot them”, and people who have not heard that particular version of “I have a gun” might see that as a threat.
