At the beginning of this post, we were discussing the importance of taking the time to figure out which colors are appropriate for your home or the color of your garden and how to incorporate them. We’d like to take the time to share with you how exactly these three levels of self-awareness affect our lives.
The first level is a little more obvious, but the second and third levels are a little more subtle. The first level of self-awareness is where we realize we don’t know everything (and that “we” often includes other people). The second level of self-awareness allows us to “put our hands up” and stop and think about our life choices.
This is a great example of a “gaze” that you can learn from. A lot of people would like to learn something and that it would be great to do it. The third level of self-awareness is where we would rather you have a picture of where we are. The last level of self-awareness is where we do not even know what we are thinking or doing.
The first level of self-awareness is how we understand our environment. This is the level we can control. The second level of self-awareness is how we can control what we do in our environment. The third level of self-awareness is how we can control our surroundings.
The third level of self-awareness is how we control our surroundings. We have all the time in the world to control what we want to do. As we are able to control everything we want to do, we can control our surroundings. That’s where we would rather be.
In the second half of 2012, as we watched the 2012 election returns and saw Obama win, we knew we had to do something about the rising level of gun violence in America. It was a topic of conversation in our small social circle and we decided to make a video about it. We chose to make this video in the first couple of weeks after the election because we wanted to see what would happen.
Since the summer of 2012 we have seen a huge rise in gun violence across the country. From a local level, we have seen multiple people killed by guns. In our local area, for example, the city of El Paso, Texas, has one of the highest gun violence rates in the nation. We thought that this was a great opportunity to let everyone know what was going on in America.
It is a powerful statement that this is a national issue. But we also wanted to include a little bit of a tongue in cheek feel to what was happening. We saw one of our students from the class of 2013 go to the local police station and tell his story about what he experienced at a gun range. He ended up being shot multiple times and killed. He was a member of a gun range that was used to train young men who were going to go out and kill people in America.
In our class of 2013, one of the students had gone to the police station to report his experiences with our school. He was shot multiple times by the police and died. And it was not just one student, it was three of our classes. But it was also a police officer that ended up killing two of our students and then another that ended up getting killed by police. That is a powerful statement to say that these things are still happening.
The last time we heard about this, a police officer killed two of our students. It was an incident that had nothing to do with them. That’s a very powerful statement to say that these things are still happening.
