Start by making a list of the top three things you want to accomplish this year. For me, that’s building out my to-do list and getting ready for the next semester, so that’s the third item.

I think the first item is most important. It’s simple: get the hell out of Cali! I don’t care how many years you’ll be in town, you’re not going to be able to afford it.

The second item might sound simple, but it really is quite complex. The third item will be the most difficult. It is a lot of work, but it is also a lot of fun. So if you can tackle that, you might find that you have a lot of extra life in the next year.

You might think I’m being overzealous and that one of the items in my list is going to be difficult, but I will say that it is the third item that is the most difficult. With all the other items, getting the hell out of Cali is pretty easy, but getting to know everyone and meeting them is another matter. In fact, getting to know everyone and meeting them can be quite difficult.

So it’s not like the other items are easy, but they are a lot of work. So you should think of the other items as “lots of work” and not “make a bunch of money”. I’ll stop right there.

No matter what you do, this is going to be a tough sell. And you will have to be a good salesperson. I can’t tell you how many people I have heard this from that have said, ‘I don’t want to get involved in this. I’m not interested.’ Well, they are not interested in getting involved in a sales pitch to you. Get out there and make a sales pitch.

So you have already decided that you are going to start selling stuff. Now go. You need to sell stuff. No, you must not sell stuff, that’s too easy. You need to be selling the thing you are selling, and the thing you are selling is actually a service. And the thing you are selling is the thing you are selling, which is your time.

Its true that the first step to selling anything is to find a need. But once you know that you want to sell the thing you are selling you need to figure out how to figure out who you are selling it to. You may have decided that you are selling it to people who are in sales, but you need to be selling it to people who are not in sales.

Selling to people who are not in sales is a very tricky thing. Just think of it this way. When you buy something, you can decide that you are selling it for $200, but most people would rather buy it for a hundred. The thing you are selling is the thing you are selling. To sell it for $200 you need to figure out a way to sell it for $200.

There are lots of ways to sell something. Some people will tell you to sell it to someone who is in a sales position. In sales, there are buyers who look at your inventory to figure out whether you can sell something of a certain value. If they think you can, then you can sell it for a certain amount of money.
