Well, I agree that failure is a necessary step in the process to success. But I think its also the one step that could be dangerous because it can lead to a lot of anxiety and depression. No one wants to be on the receiving end of that. So I think it best to avoid it at all costs. If youre going to fail, you want to do it right. This is especially true for any work, and a major part of a career.
The thing I think you should avoid is the idea of “your own” living in the dark. I have a friend who left a job for a company and said, “I don’t care if you are a thief or a thiefie or a thief, you’re going to make it a crime to steal my furniture.” I think the best way to approach this would be to not hide anything, but don’t worry about it.
