So many of my friends are like “What?!?!?!?!” when I mention that I’m awake. “What the heck is happening?” they ask. “What?!?!?!?!” my response.
So what I’m saying is that a lot of people don’t like to deal with sleepless nights and a long period of time without their eyes open. It’s a natural reaction when you aren’t sleeping well and want nothing more than to sleep well. Most people get a good night’s sleep, but there are certain people who tend to feel like they have to do more to try and get sleep than others do.
The reason for this is that most of us don’t sleep well the first time around and its often the first time we have been awake for a few hours. We also tend to feel like we have to do more to get sleep than others do, so its more natural to be a little tired the first time around just like that. The fact is that its often not a problem that we get tired the first time around, as long as we try.
The fact is that the amount of sleep we actually get is not as important to our bodies as our ability to function at a certain level of alertness and efficiency. For example, if your body is able to function at 100% alertness during the day, then your ability to function at 75% alertness at night is not going to be a problem and vice versa. When we get too tired, the first thing we tend to do is fall asleep and then try to get up.
Well, when you’re tired, you tend to tend to get lazy, which is not bad. However, when you’re too tired to get up and move around, you tend to tend to get lazy and fall asleep again. That’s one of the reasons that bedtime is so important. It’s not just about you falling asleep. You’ll also have to wake up and get out of bed to do other chores.
Some people think that you can only fall asleep during the day, but you can fall asleep at night. It all depends on your body chemistry. I use my bedtime to get up around 10pm and do chores. Then I go to bed at 9pm. This way I get the whole night pass, which I like a lot. I tend to fall asleep around 2am, because I tend to feel more tired and sleepy the next morning.
As the only cure for insomnia is sleep, you can see how important it is to have a routine. It can be as simple as waking up at the same time each day or by setting a timer on your alarm. For some people, this can be as simple as setting the alarm for 10 minutes before going to bed. But youll have to make sure the time is right.

And you might need it by 9:30, so it may be difficult, but if you get there by 9:30 you will have a chance to get to sleep for only 5. But if you dont get there by 9:30 you will be pretty screwed.
