It has been said that the most important part of a business is the people behind it. So if you’re a company that is planning a new venture, it is imperative that you hire people who have the ability to think critically, innovate, and work in a dynamic environment. And if you are not able to find these people, then you will not be able to succeed.
That is why I love using the word “enthusiast.” It conveys all the right things. I’m an enthousiast, a person who is deeply passionate about a particular area of interest. I love the idea of a company becoming a leader in some field. I love the challenge of a business becoming successful and creating a legacy for its owner.
If you want to become a leader in anything, you should get into it and become passionate about it. At some point you will probably find yourself working in an environment where you are passionate about what you are doing. If you are a businessman, that passion can be found in a business that you own. If you are a writer, that passion can be found in a book that you own.
