How many times have you seen a certain activity or action over and over again? It’s as if someone is writing a book out of a piece of cardboard and you never think to change it.
It’s easy to understand why repetitive, in a sense, it would be a bad thing. It would be a boring and repetitive activity. It doesn’t help that we see it all the time. But it is actually a form of self-awareness. When we put things off, we keep them from bothering us. We don’t like to waste time, so we don’t like to repeat something.
To some extent, the “repetitive” part really is a matter of personal choice. We can choose not to do something, or we can choose to do something over and over again, or we can choose to do something one time. It’s just a matter of what we decide to do. The choice to do something repetitive should be a conscious choice on our part.
There are lots of reasons why we might choose to do repetitive things. We get bored and we might find that our routine is repetitive. Its really a matter of perspective. How do I feel about my routine? Well, I feel good about my routine when I feel good about it, but I might not feel so good when I dont feel so good about it. How do I feel about my routine? Well, I feel good about it only when I feel good about it.
We can’t get around this one. When we get bored, we typically stop doing what we’re doing. When we feel good about a routine, we feel good about it. That’s why we do it again and again, because we feel good about it when we feel good about it.
Its called “repetitive behaviour,” and it’s the reason why we are so easily bored. We get bored because we feel good about what we are doing. The good news for you is that you dont have to feel good about what you are doing because there is a more positive way to do it.
The best way to overcome this is to learn to look at your routine as a form of therapy. Get over your boredom, and get over your repetitive thoughts and actions. We don’t use a lot of repetition in our lives, but we do use it a lot. We think about what we are doing, and we think about what we are thinking about doing. As a result, when we do something repetitively, we get bored and stop.
Again, a lot of it is about getting over boredom and over repetitive thoughts. In order to do this, you have to learn to identify what it is that you are doing repetitively. You may be a doctor, and you are going through the motions of taking tests. You may be doing the exact same thing every month for the same reason. In that case, you are not repeating anything, you are repetitively doing the exact same thing.
At this point there is no doubt that you are not repeating anything repetitively. That is why you are not bored, and why you are not bored. Maybe you are not doing the same thing every month, but you have a habit of doing it over and over again. Maybe you are a chef, and you are doing the exact same thing every week – so you are repeating your cooking routine, and it is not your routine.
Like repetition, boredom is also about repeating the same thing over and over again. You are bored because you don’t know what to do next, or because your routine is so familiar that it’s easy to do what you usually do, but you’re not doing anything new.
