It means that more and more companies are releasing mobile versions of their products… and the most ridiculous thing is they are not making it possible to buy them in the other countries.
For example, if you read anything about the Motorola Droid, it was always the case that it was a really bad phone because it was only available in the US and Canada. It never made sense because that was the only place that the phone was sold. Well, guess what, they just launched a device that will be sold in more countries! Of course, the only people that will be able to buy this device are in the US and Canada.
The thing is, if you are in one of those countries with a Motorola device, you will be able to buy it there. They just announced that in the US and Canada, you will be able to buy the Droid without any issue. What’s even better is that you will be able to buy the Droid online, which means that you can buy it from anywhere in the world.
So basically, you get all that cross device marketing from a phone company that was founded in America, that has a product that is aimed at Americans, and that still has a way to go before it will even be able to hit Canada. And if you are a Canadian, the only way you are going to be able to buy a Motorola device is to buy one from Canada.
The phone’s design is a little bit of a mystery, but the rumors are that its screen will be made up of a lot of small sensors, and that it will be able to detect a user’s blood sugar levels, heartbeat, and blood pressure. That is certainly a great advantage for people who want to track their weight.
