So many times, I’ve had a health issue, and I was never really sure why. It would never have come to a head until my next check up when the doctor asked me to take the blood test again.

In other words, the blood test is like your “official” health check and once your doctor tells you you are sick, you have a few days to figure out what it is that you need to do to get well. We all get sick, and we all need to be tested.

I have read somewhere that you have to take the blood test at least three times a year for every serious health issue, like cancer, diabetes, or infection. The reason is that the blood test can detect cancer in its earliest stages and diabetes early and treat it with medication. The problem is that blood tests aren’t always accurate, and you have to be very careful to only have the blood tested once a year.
