If there is one thing that I have learned about myself in the past few months, it’s that I am a bit OCD. I’m constantly searching for anything and everything that I can find to improve my life. Sometimes the simple things are the best.
I’m not sure what it is, but I get a little bit of a headache when I think about something I want to do that isn’t quite as simple as it sounds. For example, I often search for ways to improve the look of my home. Whether it’s painting or decorating, I often think of ways to update something I already own.
OCD can be a bad thing in some cases and not in others. You’d be crazy to think a painting isn’t going to have a significant impact on a home’s look. But I know from experience that when I do think of something I want to improve, the first thing I do is search for a way to improve it.

We love this. Chelsa has a style that is a little different from other contemporary designers. She has a love for color and a knack for getting the most out of her space. I think it’s this simple thing that sets her apart from her peers. I say this because even though the rest of the industry has become pretty boring, I feel like I want to be there anymore.
For me, that is a bit of a paradox. I love the industry, but I feel like it’s becoming pretty stale. I love the things that I love, and the things that I love are very much not in the same category as what I’m doing now. I feel like I want to move my brand forward, to create something that I’m proud of, something that I feel was made for me even when it wasn’t me.
Maybe I’m just a bit of a rebel, but I feel like I have a bit more power and an even bigger voice. In other words, I feel like I have the potential to lead, to be the leader of something, to make something, anything, that Im proud of. And that’s something I am extremely passionate about.
I feel like its very important to me to have a voice. I think that its a gift, and I would say it is something I have been able to learn from my mentor. I think that that is a gift. I don’t know what im going to do with it yet, but whatever I do, I am going to do it the best I can.
