It’s not uncommon for us to have the best of intentions sometimes and end up with a headache or stomach pain as a result.
Like I said, if youre tech savvy, you can probably figure out a way to avoid these things. But that doesn’t mean you can’t do something about it.

It is very common for people to forget how to use a new technology to their benefit, and this is particularly true with social media. I mean, if youre tech savvy enough to use social media, then you probably already know the ways it can negatively impact you. Here are some tips for anyone who wants to avoid tech headache.
1. Use an account manager. They will make sure that you dont fall into the trap of using a social media app for a purpose other than social.
This is one of the biggest problems when using social media for personal reasons. People often forget that their personal accounts can be public. They can be used to express themselves and spread rumors, so if you use these accounts for your own purposes, you may not want to be on them.
Another one is to use a friend or parent or someone who you know doesn’t use social media. This is important because it is possible that people will be using you for a purpose other than what you are trying to achieve, and it can be very easy to take the wrong steps.2. Don’t use the word “friend.” Because if you do, people might start suspecting that you are a spy or undercover agent.
Do some research on who your friends are and how they use social media, and then don’t use your friends for this purpose. It’s usually not worth it.3.
