The adhesive business card pockets that I have created are a great way to keep track of your business cards. This is another one of those “no one can do this” things. We’re all familiar with the idea of putting your hands on the bottom of a glass bottle and pulling it inwards to break the seal. The problem is that it is a messy, messy job. We’re not talking about a plasterer, we’re talking about a professional baker who has to clean up every time a bag of flour is emptied into a glass bottle.
So if your idea of a good time is a bag of flour and a glass bottle, your idea of a good time for that is to leave the bag on the kitchen counter and then take a cloth and drape it over the window in the kitchen. You can then stick the bag to the glass bottle and watch the flour fly off your hands.
Adhesive business card pockets are not as tidy as they might sound. They are messy because they are sticky. There are even less tidy ways to create a pocket. A sticky adhesive business card pocket will not slide into the drawer smoothly. You will inevitably get a bit of smearing on the top and bottom.
You are welcome to write letters to your business card holders. If you have a sticky business card, then you will want to keep the bag on the kitchen counter until you are ready to write on it. Then you can just fold up the bag, leave it on the counter, and stick the bag to the bottle. When you’re done, the business card holder will slide out of the bottle, leaving you with a tidy, flat, and ready to write on business card.
Business card holders are a great way to get that new tattoo that everybody was looking at on Instagram. They can be found at tattoo shops, or you can take a photo of your face with them in your pocket and attach a business card to your pocket.
I like business card holders because I think they can easily be reused and are less prone to being lost in the mail. When I write my name, a business card is always handy.
