When someone is feeling stressed, they may not always realize if it’s a “good” stress or a “bad” stress. It can be difficult to know the difference between the two. When you experience a bad stress, you might feel intense levels of anxiety and worry about your life situation as well as other things in your day-to-day life. A good stress on the other hand is something that motivates us to do more than we would otherwise do on our own accord.
