The definition of a person or thing that we give ourselves is what we make of it. It is essentially the same thing that we use to describe our parents, our friends, our loved ones, and ourselves.

If we define ourselves as we are in the moment, we have no need for definition. We are all our definition. We can’t ever change. We are always the same as ourselves.

This is a major point of confusion for many people because they think definition is a thing that works in a vacuum. If you define yourself as you are in the moment, you will never change, which is really the same thing as saying that its not possible to change. It doesnt matter how many definitions you go through or how many times you change them. You will never be your definition.

Some people are convinced that they are somehow special and that they can change something about who they are, even if it’s just the way they look or the way they dress. While that may be true for some, it’s not true for all. The reason why people think that they can change is because they think they have a secret they can change.

The problem with the “secret” is that it has nothing to do with change. A secret is one thing, but actually changing something is another thing entirely. There is only one thing that can change you, and that is you.

While we agree that you can change yourself, its not true that you have to change everything about yourself. You can only change how you are. For example, some people can change their weight. Some people can change the colour of their eyes. Some people can change their hair. Other people can change their height. Yet, people can’t change their name, their height, their weight, their hair colour, their eye colour, their hair style, their personality.

This is the same reason why you shouldn’t change your diet, or how much you exercise, or how much or how little you drink, or how many times you’re awake. You can only change how you are, but you can’t change everything about you.

The only reason we’ve heard about people changing their weight is because they’re told by the doctor to, but they dont’ realise that their weight is actually changing because theyre not eating enough. It’s because they feel bloated but theyre not eating enough.

Thats because theyre not hungry. And besides, weight loss is actually more of a function of how you feel and not a function of actual calories in your diet. We know that people who dont eat enough are more likely to gain weight on their own.
