As an example, our company is a small software development company that needs to hire a lot of people who work with computers and programming languages (which basically means programmers). So, we need to find a good recruiter who will help us hire people properly.

Unfortunately there are very few good recruiter out there. Most of the people who want to hire a job like to think that they are the cream of the crop, and then hire people they think are good at the job. But as a result, they often don’t understand how to do it properly. Because of the nature of the job, there are thousands of jobs that are being advertised from time to time but few people are actually going to hire them.
