The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

It’s weird, but I feel like we spend a lot of time in our heads, thinking about things, sometimes consciously, sometimes subconsciously. It’s a good thing and a bad thing depending on your point of view. Either way, it’s no different than a person who doesn’t pay attention to his surroundings, has no clue how to react to a situation, and is in no mood to deal with an irritating neighbor.

Well, yeah. I know that feeling a bit too. It’s almost as if you can’t stop yourself from acting that way.

For me, it means that I feel like I can’t really control my actions. I’m a bit like that person who’s always the last to put on a jacket because they don’t really know how to dress for the occasion.

If you’re like me, you may feel like you can’t control your actions. This is why I recommend reading the book The Art of Listening. It has a section on how to become a “listener.” It also has a section on how to be a “listener to your own thoughts.” It’s one of those books that will help you identify and understand when you are listening to yourself.

In the book I recommend, it discusses the “listening” part of the art of listening. You want to listen to yourself, but you have to be willing to listen to yourself. If you’re not willing to listen to yourself, you’re going to be a slave to your own thoughts.

This is one of those things that is a little bit subjective. I don’t find it a problem, but I don’t feel like I’m always listening to the right type of music.
