The best reason to hire a marketing person is that they can show you what you want and need to get. They can also help you define what you want to accomplish and how you want to get there. That’s why I love marketing people because they can help me do that.

It’s a good time to get out from behind your computer and get out there and make some great money. If you want to be successful at a job like that, you need to set the bar extremely high. If you don’t, you won’t get hired.

One of the best ways to set the bar high is to get people to sign a contract. It is the only way to make sure you can actually do what you said you would do and get paid your dues. When you sign a contract with a company, you are essentially saying “I will do whatever you say, but if I don’t get paid, then I will quit.” It shows that the company really cares about you and wants to see you succeed.

I know how hard it is to really get people to sign something like that, especially if the company is new in town, or your job is a little more casual. But if you truly want to attract people to your company and make them want to work for you, you need to be able to prove that you can deliver what you say you can deliver.

The problem is a lot of companies aren’t willing to do this. If you want to really make people want to work for you, give them something tangible that they are going to want to work for you for. If that means taking a job that they might not like but is the right move for you, then do it. But really, the only way to make people want to work for you is to get paid.
